Photos I took before my camera became inoperable were on the card, so here goes:
I'll be posting new pix in a bit, but first I wanted to ask: Who are you? As I was going through my photos I came across one that sorta surprised me:

That ain't Sasquatchin the distance.... It's a bike with maybe 2 up. I caught it with one of my friend Lance's over the shoulder shots.

I was putting and they never caught me. Next time say hi!

This is especially strange because I saw almost NObody for the 60+ miles I did that day.

More power to you booth...
I hope you got out today. My forecast is grim, and getting worse. Jaxwife would appreciate my staying home tomorrow. I hope to get out a bit at 0dark30, but I don't think I'll make Michaux.

I ride the Michaux state forest roads from time to time, and was hoping to link up there one of these days with some other folks. I'm available to meet up tomorrow morning if anyone else is going; just post by about 7 am where and when and I'll see you there. I can be anywhere around Michaux within an hour. Cheers!

welcome to the fun jdub.
I am going to try to get a ride or two together this Fall. Stay tuned/ I almost never think very far in advance. I am often on a ride when I think ... Hmmmmm I could ride a little bit of the forest.
It (my obsessive obsessing) would be way worse, if I lived closer. I would be like SoPaRider. I would also try to get over to Tuscarora too. I went through there once, and remember that there is some good riding over there too. Then up to Rothrock and Bald Eagle... my mouth is watering.

Thanks Jax.

I spent some time playing up there this afternoon, all on roads south of Rt. 30 and east of Rt. 233. A bit muddy ( ) and I had a great time. Since I was by myself, I let discretion beat valor when I turned back at one 30 ft. long water crossing spanning the width of the road. Just getting over some back problems, and didn't want to risk having to pick up my GSA (again) by myself at the moment. I'd rather let others share in that fun with me. Of course, I forgot my camera or I'd have added some pics to this great thread.

I don't blame you for not wanting to retrieve your bike from a water feature....
I would be interested in where the washover happened :)

I'm looking fwd to you remembering your camera!
