First Ride
As most of you know last month I rescued Bmer from the Santa Fe shelter.
It took me a long time to come to grips with getting another dog after having Elvis pass away last year but Bmer won my heart and I have been training him the last 6 weeks. He has done really well so today was the day for a huge step in the training process. Time to ride!    In true ADV sprit he wrecked getting out of the hack and hit the pavement just so he could shed some first blood and become an ADV dog! It is just a monor scrape but he hit the ground with true style, bounced up shok it off and got right back in the hack after finding a tree to pee on!  He took to the Doggles realy well, At first he wondered what they were for but as soon as we took off it was like he thought Ohhh I get it no wind and bugs in the eyes, cool!  We had a great ride and Bmer really did outstanding for his first ride. I will never forget Elvis but it is so good to have another hack buddy after so long, thanks Bmer!
