It's so nice to come upon your writing. A writer by the name of Jean Craighead George wrote a series on a young boy who escapes into the wilderness & a peregrine is part of the story. You are that young man grown up. My daughter & I devoured her books because of the calm & peace we felt while reading them together. The first one was "My Side of the Mountain" (I think).
Look forward to your next post....

The Snowman and the Falcon.
Dave you have a way with words, that allows the reader to experience this as if he or she is right there.

You know that you have a way to make any part of the country that you ride in look GREAT.

Thanks for the time and effort to help us see what we glide by daily.

Jerry

Looks like you had an awesome afternoon for your commute, Dave. This is perfect riding weather, IMO.

Your eye for the camera is very good IMO. And I enjoy your wordcrafting. It's been my observation that some of the best, deepest thinkers are in the trades.

I come into work today hoping to find an update from your report. You have a way with words that allows us readers to really connect and understand your experience.

With you living in Sterling, VA and I'm near Frederick, MD...we should hook up and do some riding.

I will be waiting for the next installment. Thanks for spending the time to put these together, these are great!

You've got a smart woman there Dave.
