It's great to see you posting again Dave. Your last RR ended so abruptly (and so long ago) I was afraid you were gone for good.

Your RRs are so artistic and well thought out, your contributions were missed.

Welcome back Amigo.

Thanks for the laugh, Dave. Thanks for the pics too, stunning. I must head down your way again and hire you to give me some photography lessons.

This one is superior!

Dave, I've been waiting for another great report from you and this one really hits the spot. Great pics as usual, but it's the writing that makes your reports really stand out

The one thing I can really relate to in this report is the working away from home and wanting to fast forward through the work. A few weeks ago I had a fantastic five days of riding in North Carolina. It was five days I'll always remember. Unfortunately, most of my life is more mundane. The last three years I would commute to Columbus, Ga for work and only be home on weekends, and holidays. My limited vacation time was used for riding. Most of my time was spent looking forward to weekends and my occasional great rides. It felt like I was wasting most of my time. I have now started commuting to Huntsville, Al (redneckistan) for work and I will try to enjoy my time here much more than I did in Columbus. If I could come up with a Ride report half as good as yours while I'm here, I'll be very happy. I intend to use my time here to explore this part of Alabama.

Enough rambling, my point is that I can relate to what you're writing and it has given me something to think about. I'm looking forward to the rest.
