Love it...
Surely the USA eventually gets this amazing bike right? I would buy it with DCT tomorrow... big modern V4... looks like a fun sport touring adventure bike...

A DCT V4 Adventure Cruiser may be interesting, Yeah that's the word, Interesting.
Another new frontier for Honda. Adventure Cruisers.

vid looks nice, but didn't look they were really doing any "hard" stuff. Max speed was only about 95km/h.
Like the look of the bike, but from the vid: I don't like the digital rev counter and the screen is way to small.

Sound!
The exhaust sounds so lousy they had to play loud music to block it out.

Two words come to mind as I watch the video: appliance-like.

If it gets here I'll be in the showroom with a fist full of dollars. But...
- I need to be able to mount the Zumo in a logical place. I kept freezing the video and didn't see a spot that jumps out at me and wouldn't block the gauges. - The seat will most definitely need a rebuild for any normal amount of two up riding. My preferred seat rebuilder is on standby. - It will hopefully accommodate my Givi Trekkers - all three (Note to Givi: please start building those easily removable pannier mounts) - I absolutely need generous alternator capacity. I like "stuff". - It has to be comfortable for two up trips. - Why does it seem all first year models are silver? - I don't have a lot of patience. One of the local Yamaha dealers has offered to get me a Super Tenere I can take for a 3 or 4 day weekend. I'll ride the S-10 but I plan to give Honda the opportunity to do the right thing and bring it to the US, soon. Yes. Its tough crowd but one that has come to expect that new technology and top grade components will be included on a completely redesigned bike. Thanks for the video. |

You can complain from one pic? what do you want, a flying bike? From the looks of your sig line and all the bikes you have sold, you will never be satisfied.

Rest of the World gets the Crosstourer and we get that 700cc thing with a 17" front wheel. What used to be an easy choice in this segment is now alot harder. I really like the new Triumph Tiger Explorer, Yamaha S10, and think this Crosstourer is pretty cool. As far as the exhaust sound, the VFR800 sounds AWESOME with a slip on, I imagine this will sound pretty cool with a slip on also.
