i like how the DX has the quick attachment knobs so you can go screenless for offroad in a quick hurry.

It's the standard sized windscreen from a KTM 950ADV. I had it left over from a swap to the touring (alien) when I had a 950. Took the headlight cover off to put a "Bad Boy" horn behind , slipped the windshield over the headlight and replaced the cover. Fits tight, very little vibs, and cuts thru the air very well. I'm 6 ft plus a smige, sitting on a flat topped Corbin, and the air is now totally off my chest with very little buffeting on my head. Worked so well I bought another used one off an inmate for my DRZ-SM and just ordered a new one for my dirt DRZ. Mike

The one on my wife's bike is the original one, not the quick-disconnect one.

I love my Screens For Bikes windscreen, keep's the wind off my chest and look's like it should
come from the factory like this.

for the price i'm likeing this concept better than anything i've seen as you can easily remove it for hot days or when riding more hard-core offroad.

I use screen from scooter-vespa ( X9 ), made some brackets and Voalllaa....works perfect,I can open my visor and no wind coming to my eyes....can light up a cigarette riding it.

Older Acerbis headlight unit. I mounted it high for my torches and to keep the wind off my chest. Trying to run without a dedicated windscreen. Simpliflying my setup. I drop it every so often and every little bit off weight removed is helpful. FWIW I don't spend a lot of time on highways.
