Got mine, easy installation with a sharp knife and a dull hacksaw, 45 minutes with a beer break. Looks like it came from the factory. Fits 3 tire levers, patch kit, and a mini hand pump with room to spare. Now I'm shopping for a 12v pump and few other tools I don't want to leave home without.

Received black tool tray, full depth a week ago, installed today. Nice to move some tools from tank bag/top case to the tray. Side of road rough install near Bear Mtn NY using leatherman knife and wood saw on plastic. It fits very tight and holds strong without the tape and front two drilled holes. Something to fix when its warmer.

Tray is 7"x 7" OD With a 3/4" lip on 3 sides and a 2" lip on the fourth side

It may not look neat but even with survival tools it looks like it can be installed. Thanks for the feedback

Payment for tapered tray sent. Using for powercommander V and autotune installation into '07 990 (rather than trying to stuff the equipment into the tail section).
