Either, or both. They each do something different.

There's a lot of info in the prior posts, but I don't know the post numbers dangit, I didn't make note of them. Maybe someone can point you back to the post numbers or pages.

Thank you for your fast response. I will look deeper to see what I can find. The posting got a little off track for a spell and my old addled brain found it hard to follow!

I look forward to the units you are doing as I would love to be able to smooth the beast out.

No one is telling you to not spend money on a Power Commander. I mean, if you got your heart set on it. I can tell you that the Power Commander does not offer direct adjustment to transient throttle enrichment.

The first model, IICE Air, improves leading throttle acceleration, and works on all fuel injected models. So yes, the soon-to-be-available model works on your 1200.

The second model, IICE Cool, improves transient throttle enrichment, and works on all non-CANbus models.

A future version of IICE Cool will work on the CANbus models, but that's going to require some sorting.

Poolside will this unit work on my R1200S? I am currently running an FRK, would I expect similar results or better?

And that was the nature of my question. I am simply trying to differentiate if there is any difference between the two.

This is how it will work. You'll place your orders over a 2 week period. I'll order boards and parts and connectors and such, and make delivery 4 weeks later. You'll have 'leading throttle enrichment' ready for Spring rides!

Right now I'm setting up a PayPal 'buy-it-now' button, for one-click convenience.

Thanks for your patience, one and all!

Where will this buy it now button be?
What will the cost be?

Hi Poolside. I wonder if you'd give us a little explanation of which improvement will be supposed to feel with IICE Air and why?

IICE Air is not the same as an acclerator pump, that 'function' is closer to the IICE Cool.

I'll go back and find post numbers to answer these and other technical questions this afternoon/evening.
