Let's get back to the important stuff:

Will The Device make me ride faster, better, eliminate the chicken strips, satisfy my wife in the boudoir, get me that promotion and/or increase my tolerance of you fucking fuc-er, of alcohol?

Getting cought up

Wow has this thread been busy the last few days. Let me just say Poolside is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people on this forum. Why does someone always have to ruin it for all.

Unfortunately we're now at that void in between the discussion of how fuel injection operates, what the device can and can not do, and the time when the product is manufactured and installed. Then I'm sure we'll start seeing interesting reports on how the device operates in different climates. Summer time at 10,000 ft in the Rockies probably will use a different setting than someplace in Texas.

What will be interesting to see is if different people in roughly the same geographic area decided on different settings or will everyone agree on a common one.

Hence my question about the jumper header dimensions.
I've gone from being pelted with sleet/25F at 12,000 feet to 105F at 5,000 feet within 40 minutes in July.

I'm planning an extender switch. Any recommendations on a weather resistant switch for such a purpose? I left hardware design for software in 1992 and haven't kept up with current part selections.

Speaking of degenerates Poolside, pay no attention to those who don't care about throwing away their money...they can spend their money on the Chinese knock-offs that are soon to follow. I'm expecting one bad-ass product here.

Just a note to all.

Once my Mac is back up I'll transfer the posts about the sales related 'issues' to the vendor thread.

Right now I'm limping along on an old, old laptop. Navigating is painfully slow.

Careful w/those expectations. They often lead to huge disappointments. I could point out great examples of such eg. relationships, jobs and of course new products. I'm not expecting much. That way, if it works as advertised............. Anyways, if it works as advertised, w/it's price point it'll be the bargain of the century.

Your taking my comment out of context. I was being facetious with respect to the other comments I referenced. Parkinson's law also applies to expectations.
