Wow, just stumbled upon this thread. Wouldn't mind hooking up with you guys for one of these rides ... add another Husky to the lot. I've been wanting to explore the area, but seeing as how I can probably get a tour with you guys...

as i mentioned after Rider914's great Ride Report, the Ride For Kids (Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation) is this Sunday and goes through the area you guys rode.

it's a great cause and you might see some trails you've never ridden.

Was looking for a group to hook up with, and couldn't find any close by. But decided to just fly solo out I-215/Palm through to Silverwood Lake. Then through Cleghorn at I-15. Hope I see some inmates. Will be on the Husqy 610

Anybody up for an ICG2TWR* ride this weekend?

I'm open for saturday or sunday, but only one or the other day is available.

Early start, fast and easy pace, gain some altitude to avoid the heat.
Somewhere cool to chill for lunch.

950 is getting some wrenching attention, so i'll likely be on the 525.
Or could do a strictly street ride on the Tiger if thats what suits others.

With the incoming heat I was thinking next saturday in Big Bear, Maybe a Gold MT Stage or just keep it fun and hit some more open stuff, I was not thinking of doing John Bull, RR is a maybe, but I want to keep it fun and moving and not be bench pressing my 530 off my chest..

Maybe even ride out to pioneer town for some COLD drinks and some a/c and ride back up... That would be fun.. Be a Race back up the mountain tho to escape the heat.

Yeah, I know this is last minute, but I'm itching to go out for a early morning ride. Start somewhere near I-210/ I-15/ I-215 area and do something fast, easy and fun before the heat starts kicking ass. If not, I'll end up flying solo by 8 am-ish.

Probly up to Summit Inn for breakfast and back.

950 has received lots of attention since Wandering the West and I need to get everything checked out before KM next weekend.
