R100 Crank thrust check

R100GS How often should one look at the crank thrust clearance on these beasties? I haven't checked the manual, but mine has 50 thou. Is there a routine time you should take a reading? Tx.

Maybe in another 200,000 miles. Maybe. The bottom end on these things is pretty indestructable. Unless you have some reason to suspect that something is wrong, I wouldn't EVER worry about it. As far as checking it routinely, I'd say no way is there a need to.
