ha kinky like a shake weight
![]() http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dtvnan20XvQ Ive never used on for a berg so I don't know if there is one the right size, need to make sure the shaft is really really clean and smooth and also need to make sure the balancer shaft doesn't move toward the piston when you hit it or you would have to pry it back out when you are finished, not hard to do.

Seems like a lot for a "fancy piece of tube", except when you think about the costs of the parts and labor of what it saves you. |

I just measured my shaft and it is small .397 in., their min size is .472. I thought I would be out of luck but I called them anyway to see if they may have produced something smaller in the past. They do say this: "Depending on production quantities, non-standard sizes can be produced."
I called and was informed that it would cost a small fortune to have it made for me. Out Of Luck. I am thinking about rebuilding the bike, just not excited about doing it. Thanks for the info. |

you have a very good bike there that needs to be refreashed. I would look at it this way ( and i just did with my 550 ) you can have a basically new motor for around $1800. it can even be a 550 or 650 if you want for the same price. Upgraded parts to the 08 standard will be used and you have a bike that should be good for another 250 hours. so you put $2200 in the bike and have a great ride that is as or more dependable and handels better than most out there. seems like a lot of $$ until you think of buying a new bike at $8-10 k
