Well, I'm going to cut my hair, shower, dress, and pack the baby and Lady Pamela into the car for a drive over to an aunt's house for a family party and not ride my motorcycle at all on a Jan 1 day in the mid-60's. You?

At least you have a sense of humor about it.

Not gonna be able to be there by 10:00. Maybe we can catch up with you at Reddish Knob later in the day.

Question

I hung out up on Reddish Knob freezing my ass off for about an hour and twenty minutes but only had the company of several pickups full of bear dogs. Did anyone else make up there today?

My buddy and I had an awesome ride on the BRP. Great weather. Hope all of you got to ride.

I might have buzzed past some of you -- near the north end, there were several D/S bikes including a few GS's (farkled with Jesse bags, etc) pulled over at an overlook. I ripped past on my KLR, beeping and waving.

Me thinks I passed Dana, XSquigy bro heading east to Waynesboro near Churchville on some back road. Not sure it was him though.

There were so many bikes out. I rode my bicycle for 60 miles today. I had a blast. A few motorcycles wizzed past me at warp speed.

Just read this or I'd have met up with you guys. I met Barry today at the Sheetz in Haymarket. I had been on my first ride with my new track bike (had to ride it once on a public road) and saw his cool looking GS in the parking lot. Being the shy guy that I am, I just walked over and started talking. Was cool beans that he knew you. Anyway, catch you on the next one. - Steve
