Yeah missed you guys too but had a stinkin' BLAST w SuperVW that day - ccccccooooold!

Had a buddy from college call about skiing with he and his son on friday - of course! they always hit it perfect and the only thing was the summit would not run today. No problem, we know where to ski and there's very little traffic on the hill.

We got near first chair and while everyone went back to NWE, we pillaged the front side getting 4 untracked lines down T-Bird, Red chair line, Grotto and West Boundary.

Me - "Hey Lee, hit this drift for a cover shot!"

Oops, icy wind drift on the take off eh?

Some old man redemption air

Skied all that low-angle stuff on NWE then went over to Rainbow after lunch for one.

Hey there's me getting some old man air!

Yesterday was the best day I've had on Bachelor this season. Unfortunately, I had unknowingly spun that little wheel on my camera to +1.5 and was pushing my 'film' so all my shots are blown out, but you'll get the idea. Skied off the back side at least 5 times plus one on NWE for anywhere from 6" to 24" of really good untracked. Found Sun bowl twice (miracle for us) and some other pitch right to the get back trail for the deepest of the day.

Our son has been up at Mt. Baker all week shooting with Jasper Newton. Can't wait to see their edit!

Had an awesome time up on the north side of Hood yesterday. Skinned up the Tilly Jane trail and proceeded up on to the Spur. Had the place to myself.

Looking down into Polallie Canyon

Lunch stop at the stone hut

By the time I got back down to car the snow had turned to slowwww mush but great to be out and have no one around!

Nice pics of the North side, Ladukebob!
Very cool stone hut and Adams shots.
That almost makes me wanna do that.
Damn I'm lazy. I gotta fix that.

Skied Stevens Pass yesterday... 11" of new at 5am... blowing and snowing hard all day long... significantly increasing hazard as the day went on.
It was so good I never took a pic... I know, lame... but trust me lame was not my mindset. Only skied 5 sidecountry runs but that took all day and the shit was in my face... just sucked... wootwoot!
