I have received my Robotic H2OUT jacket in the mail yesterday and the jacket is amazing! However, it is a little snug and I am thinking about bumping a size up. I have tried contacting the customer support portal directly through the website and I don't know if my messages went through and I was wondering if you could assist me in returning this product.

Ergo 365 is available at spidi.com in 2 versions: normal and Expedition:

Both are in stock

First Ergo was launched in 1998, second in 2005 and latest in 2011 that meaning next one will probably be released in 2017.

Hi Matteo,

As i was surfing on the net to look for a European benchmark in compare with the KLIM Badlands Goretex jacket


I found the SPIDI Hard Track H2Out jacket with detachable H2Out membrane


It looks great (Itallian design) and (almost) half the price of a KLIM, but wat is the quality of the outer fabric, in compare with KLIM?
Is the membrane as good a GORE?
Does it come standard delivered with a back-protector?
Can you post a picture of the outer shell sleeve-end, is it built to "ape-arms" ?
