Grizzzly, thats correct 2inch bar risers would give me the perfect leverage out of stuck! (Just could not get myself to hold pressure into the damn tree!)

Yup..the factory ones are pretty shot and with my fat ass that is not good..threw the reflex shocks on and ran the triples all the way to the top of the tubes.. I thought the shocks would be WAY too long but it actually worked out ok. The Reflex shocks 15" eye to eye alot of the guys competing on TY's go to like 14.5" I think and the factory ones are only 12.5"

Secret Trials Disneyland.

3rd time out for practice. The most fun I have had in......a long time.

Need to work more on looking ahead and relaxing a bit. No wonder i am winded after 3 minutes.

Thanks for the feedback. About the elbows.....I find I end up getting my head too far forward so I move back and that straightens the elbows. Are there times when the elbows should be straight VS. bent? Also there is a left turn that makes a very small drop off a rock to sand (no more than 6 inches) and I was/am constantly getting stuck there so I was told to put my weight back to lighten up the front end so it would track and not push. But yea I got a lot of stuff to work on. Good thing the fun factor just got multiplied last weekend when I went over a section with a lot of rocks......only about a foot high but it seemed like 3 feet at first.

I was expecting someone to pick up on the Secret Trials Disneyland.......STD. And yes it is an incredible place for trials riding.

Going down steep slopes requires straight arms. Rule of thumb on turns is" inside arm straight outside arm bent".

Everyone needs one or more of these! I was lucky enough to be to be taught by the old guard!
Never is any limb not ready to make an adjustment for a movement that was planned or unplanned. That is how a section becomes cleanable 101. Thanks to Wiltz, Nickelson, and Schultz for my early good habits!

PS good luck at the october test! `93 was the last year I made it!

To tell the truth, my arms are straight when the bike is trying to leave me behind.
