Yeah that sucks man.
Mate of mine had his $1100 shoei knocked off his bike in Melbourne a couple of years ago. Was locked under the seat but they lifted (wrecked) the ducktail to get it. Some real assholes out there...

i went from the zeus to a shoei mx helmet i picked up for 450. (they can be bought locally for that)
much lighter, cooler, more movement with neck brace and with good goggles never get dust in the eyes

I feel that pain, man. Back in June I bought a new Zeus lid for a big trip, and it was stolen from the car-wash space in my building while I was right outside drying off a bike. At least you got a few years out of yours.

I could not recommend the RJ's Dakar, it's the LOUDEST helmet I've ever had, it's louder with the visor down than up...whats up with that? I'd suggest sell the kidney and get a Shoei or Arai. Cheers
