Hi there.

I actually established a web presence recently to showcase rides in WV, MD, VA, and PA. I've got some rides and places listed that you might want to link to. Would you rather poke around or have me send you some sort of list? I've got a ton of pictures, too. My Hubby and I recently converted from big-ass cruisers to dual sport bikes. I look forward to seeing more of the less-improved roads. Thanks for sharing.

The links are in my signature line.

I just saw your link on another thread and PM'd you just a few minutes ago. I'd like to put a link to your site on the "Links" page if it's OK with you. Nice site you have.

OK, OK, OK - I have been VERY GUILTY of neglecting this site due to work schedules and other distractions. Time to get back on track.

I updated the Events Page to show several events going on around the state in June. They range from family food festivals to biker rallies with tattoo booths. Something for everyone.

http://www.ridingwv.com/Events.html Click on the "Events Calendar".

I'm taking a few vacation days next week after the Memorial Day Weekend dust settles. I'm planning to go explore the Eastern Panhandle, starting with Harpers Ferry and working my way west to around Romney and Moorefield before I have to be home Friday night. I know I'll just "scratch the surface", but hopefully it will enough to write a decent ride report for that area. Stay tuned.

If you're new, check out the site at: www.ridingwv.com

And once again, I welcome any ride reports, restaurant reviews, campground reviews, or attractions reviews from readers. Please have a few nice photos. Contact me on the website for more info. Thanks.

Nice Mike.

Intersting fact about your dad's (and grand-dad's) work on the Alpine. I've eaten there several times; the food was good.

Website is temporarily offline

The RidingWV site will be offline for a couple of days.

I currently have 2 separate accounts with 1and1.com and I am in the process of consolidating both the RidingWV site and my personal site into one account for simplified billing. They said it may take 24-48 hours to switch the RidingWV site into the other account. I just started the process at noon today (Tuesday). I'm keeping a close watch on it to make sure it does switch over soon - hopefully before the weekend.

Please check back in a day or two. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Back online

Site is back online.

www.RidingWV.com

There are a few small bugs (links) I'm working on, but it's 99% there.

Enjoy!
