You might want to consider looking up Cannonshot's threads as he runs a long standing ride through Michigan for dual sports.
Otherwise, you're asking a hell of a lot.
He did a trail through Michigan which was mostly dirt, a bit of pavement and some work-arounds for the harder 'hero' sections. But the bikes would need to be plated and riders licensed.
If they are strictly ORV stickered, well, you've got your ORV maps from the MCCC, get crackin. You'll have to stay on ORV trails or Routes. Start somewhere near Bull Gap/ West Branch and you can ride quite a ways on the MCCT.
