You should see if Gulf Coast will give you a break on the labor cost for the the use of your name.

Hey ChiTown, thanks again for taking the time to post...always interesting stories and great pics...especially at present, as I snapped a ligament in my right thumb and am just recovering from surgery...I'm subscribed and look forward to the rest of your journey...don't forget to introduce your girly friend when you get there!!!

I left Chicago Monday Morning (in my cage) on dry roads, thinking if I just drove South I could leave the cold and snow behind... and be in Phoenix in 2.5 days.

Obviously you had exactly the same thoughts.

BTW - these roads are all now snowy, icy and wet. You left just in time.

Glad to see BMW steppen' up. Some us 1150rt drivers with the 'potential' final drive problems, have lost alot of confidence in the company.
