I suck at this game. Wrong side of Mt Evans yesterday, but that will be a nice tag later. Today, Elway, Shanahan, Bowlen, Sakic?... In your best Robin Leach voice ... Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. Saw some nice places. Never saw an article last night about Mannings new house. Never even typed Peyton Manning into the search. I thought he still lived at Mikes place.
Got Bruced on another tag game riding around in the rain on the way home from work.
I need a doughnut.

It's kinda unsettling to me how easily anyone can figure out where he lives. Once I knew it was his house, it took about 2 minutes to find the street it's on.

Yeah there's a gate there but so what. The world knows the address, what the interior looks like, that he's got a hot wife and two daughters. No privacy and little security for that dude.

That's the cost for such a pay check I guess.

If I wasn't such a cold and rain wimp I'd ride over there and tag it.

Yeah, and now the wrath of a bunch of TMZ bikers looking to catch a Tag!

I am sure there is 24 hr security and body guards, in fact, I was hoping some guy didn't come and tackle me and try to take my camera while I was there. Dressing like a storm trooper and riding a motorcycle around is fine until you stop and start lurking around others' property in that costume.

----->>>> WTH is with Photobucket? Down again... Anyway, anyone looking to get this Tag ought to know by reading the thread that they are looking for Peyton Manning's new house in Denver.

New tag is gonna be a wildcard, open to any Inmate in CO.
We are looking for Colorado Historical Markers. Tag something from this Waymarking list or find us another marker that fits the description and should be on the list.
http://www.waymarking.com/cat/details.aspx?f=1&guid=f5924b3c-9f90-434d-9933-aa22225b90aa&st=2

Description:
Any legitimate historic marker commemorating a historical event located inside the state of Colorado can be listed in this category. This includes markers placed by historical societies, counties, cities, federal agencies, Native American groups and other civic groups.

I picked Overland Park, Denver. Close to work. and to keep with tradition tag this park & add youself to the drinking list

Good gear, layers of clothing, a proven warming ritual involving a hot shower and prewarming gear and clothing. its worked for years. I pretty much ride any day the streets are OK
this season is special... I did buy a heated vest a month ago & this bike has heated grips.....
I also have a setup here at work to keep my gear warm all day and then hot before I leave. Bike is in a heated garage. I can get by for a hour or 2 without the electrics. Fogging my glasses & faceshield are my biggest problems this time of year
FTW

So tempting it was but I can't be bothered talking to some jock or the cops and I surely can't afford a trespassing ticket if people didn't appreciate our little game.

Good info, thanks. Sounds like you have a good set up going. I've had a heated vest for 3 years now, and it makes all the difference for me. I had heated gloves at one point but didn't like all the wiring that came with those. So now it is just heated grips along with Tusk mitts for the really cold days. Foggy face shields are a pain, I have gotten in the habit of popping the shield open about half an inch if I have to stop to avoid fogging it.

Hope to get on the double digit list soon!

Wildcard Grab - New Tag up shortly... Am I supposed to post a new Tag? Or does this become the new Tag?

http://www.douglas.co.us/historic/Se...e_Station.html

Sedalia Fire Station

Designated: March 13, 1999
Location: Sedalia
Current Owner: West Douglas County Fire Protection District
Nominated By: Barbara Machann
Historic Significance

The station was built in 1933 through the cooperative efforts of prominent citizens and organizations of the community, including merchants, ranchers, churches, lodges, and women groups. It replaced the original Sedalia firehouse, which was built in 1907. The building is distinctive for its period construction, and includes the bell and bell tower from the original firehouse. The cornerstone, which was laid in a ceremony honoring the founders and the history of the Sedalia Fire Department, contains a time capsule preserving records of that history.
