Take it easy with the throttle lol doing those burnouts are fun but expensive

You have plenty of tread on the edge just ride at a constant lean angle

Holy crap! Was that tire almost bald when you bought that bike, or did you put a ton of miles on it.

Knowing RJ, it probably had new tires on it, and this is his third set...

Thats a ton of miles, but you ride it daily.

I ride mine daily and through winter if theres nothing on the ground.

I ride year round as well. People at work think I'm crazy for riding home when it's 28 degrees when I get off at 6am in the winter.

Do you use heated gear at all? I also ride in sub 30 weather but hate having to throw on all the layers. I stay warm enough but it gets uncomfortable wearing that much stuff. I'm really wanting to get a heated jacket liner. maybe heated boot and glove liners, too.

My chaps have a removable quilted liner and do a good job of keeping the legs warm, but if I can find something that'll work with them I'd have no problem adding a heated liner or something for my legs as well.

Once you get heated gear you wonder why you waited so long. Having a solid source of heat beats trying to retain heat with layers hands down. I use first gear, re labeled warm-n-safe.

I haven't used heated gear yet but I think this winter I will invest in some.

I rode all last winter in the 20's and 30's with layers but my commute is only about 25min riding time in the morning.
