Good tag, but yours wasn't up to be stolen, yet. You have 36 hours from a grab to place a new tag.

Aaaah - I made the 'grab' on Sunday but posted on Monday - herein lies the confusion.

As my bike is a 'dual sport' I felt the need to be fair and equitable to the slab slaves and pavement whores. This should be a pretty easy one - sticking to the 'tunnel' theme.

Here is your hint.... If you have been to a hockey game in CO Springs then you might know where this is - if you have been to a hockey game AND your kid plays hockey in CO Springs, then you definitely know where this tunnel is.

Happy hunting.
Ha! I used to get high ( on life, of course) during lunch breaks from the school on the other side of that tunnel, some 35 yrs ago. Of course that was a time before hockey concussions did the same for your brain ... doh!

Is the tag that difficult

Okay.... look around the USA Hockey head quarters in Coloado Springs. And if that isn't enough - the road above the tunnel is I-25.

So, the front side is OK too.

Good job!

For anyone else who cares, here is the front side circa 1895. If you squint, you should be able to see my motorcycle under the trunk.

What is "it" called and where is it?

Elephant Rock near Palmer Lake. Photographed by William Henry Jackson in the 1800's and then in John Fielder's book about 2000.

I've lived in the area for over 40 years. My high school yearbook class photo was taken on top of Elephant Rock. (No, not in black and white. We had color film back then.)
