Dave,

Let me know how the chains work out for you.

We had a disastrous ride this weekend with temps in the mid forties. Soft snow, overflow everywhere and miles of BigWheel-sized ruts in the trail.

Maybe Al Gore was right.

Regards,

Mr. BigWheel

This is another short video "H6llyw66d's Trail Tips" that is possibly the most effective way to waste two minutes of your time.

Agghh, damn, I thought this was a new video! Still awesome, though.

And the Octogenarian Gang did get out riding today and Tallahassee had to deal with some minor hooliganisms!

It's like Warren Miller does Alaskan Enduro. Fantastic stuff.

Thanks guys. The youtube channel for the rest of the videos is:

http://www.youtube.com/user/MisterBigWheel?feature=mhum

On that page, you can hit the Subscribe button which will allow you to be automatically alerted when the next video is published and will earn you two and a half stars on the Really Cool Dude Rating System.

Scott,

Sorry about the head-fake, but the minor annoyances of family and continuing employment have been intruding rather heavily upon riding time. I'm heading out the door for a sub-zero ride right now, however. I know that you and the fellow Octo's would be right with me if it was not for the 3500 miles.

Regards,

Mr. BigWheel

Bravo! And they think I'm nuts for riding in January in New York State.

Dave KLR,

The editing software is iMovie, which comes on every Mac as the standard software package. It is nowhere near as capable as something like Final Cut Pro but is very simple for a simpleton to use.

For narration, I have stop Morgan Freeman stop by the house and knock out the script using a Blue Snowball microphone in an afternoon. Then we play some tennis and hit the jacuzzi.

Regards,

Mr. BigWheel
