Nice Project.

Don't know if you've seen mine (linked bellow) but there might be something in there that helps.

About to start building a new exhaust system now and finish the mikuni setup. Then strip and paint I think? not sure.

I love your build - I've read through it several times. Keep the paint!

No real progress... It's too coooold to be out in a little metal shed. I did throw my big tank on to see how it looked. Surprisingly enough, I prefer the small tank. Weird.

And just for the fun of it, my buddy Caleb's BSA he's putting together:

I've officially declared winter dead and am getting back to work on this. Jugs are off for new pushrod tube seals, rear main is next. Proof:

Weird... I usually get most my bike work done in the winter.

Do you realize that you are going to cost me a whole new bike for touring?

So, replacing pushrod tube seals has turned into engine bits all over the table, new piston rings in the mail and cylinders at the machine shop. Scope creep, anyone? In the mean time I've been cleaning 30 years of junk off of the various engine parts.

Oh, and doing sloppy exhaust mockups in photoshop. So I need you folks to help me figure out all of the reasons that something like this won't work. Ready, go!

Cool2

...looks rad, anything will work, but personally I'd try a two-to-one with a high pipe on the right side rallye style!
