No, cleaning up the house. Maids week off.

Then it is changing the oil in the KRS, putting TKC 80's on the GS and getting the DR650 ready for a dual sport ride tomorrow.

I don't know where you guys are looking. 2 XR400s for sale on WERA.com.

Here is where to look:

www.nesba.com
www.wera.com
www.ktmtalk.com
www.supermotojunkie.com
www.thumpertalk.com

Can't remember the URL - check the Northern Va. Championship Hare Scrabmles sight. Good links to that and others on aylettva.com.

Bunch of VERY nice KTMs and other bikes for sale.

I ain't riding cause my KTM won't fire. And it was making ugly crunching noises when trying to hit the electreeec start button. So since it's 70 degrees in January, I gave up and took it to the KTM dealer to expedite.

Soon as it's back, I will be yelling at Poonie and Keith to go hit dirt/gravel. And of course Squiggeley and the rest of ya that's getting DS bikes.

After much wrangling w/ original owner of my new-used XR650R, I am now in posession of street title for it! Just need to transfer the title to my name and my old tags to the new bike..

Can't wait to go somewhere.. have trailer, will travel.

I would love to join you in the tearing up of new trail bikes, but can't make it that far as have to be back by mid aftenoon. Soon I hope to head back to Crabtree or that place near Buena Vista that I keep hearing about (Peddlar?)

However I am going to street-bike down to Poes tomorrow morning for the bike-breakfast. Poes Pub, E. Main St. Richmond, shockoe bottom. The weather and temps are supposed to be ok so probably will be a decent turnout. It's FF-Friendly. Look for the old blue/white FJ.

Weather be dammed, I'd go no matter what becuase I just love that scrambled powdered egg substitute.

Forgot about Poe's.

I was gonna ride down to Chapel Hill tomorrow morning for breakfast at Michael's, but will hit Poe's if I can't rustle up any of my CH riding buddies.

Nope, settin up the new tire changer. Lowside (middle son Chris) stopped by and 2ndspace might be swinging by tomorrow to mount his new Continental Street Attacks.

Mounted the Coats on a 2x4 and 3/4" plywood frame with carriage bolts - should work like a champ and still be moveable.

The Conti's are strange looking, haven't used a continental since the days of my old R65 (they sucked back then). 2ndspace ordered them from swmototire at 3:30PM on Wednesday and they were at my office Thursday PM - they rock (and they don't make my wife cry )

Cityslip, I know it's too late now, but we are now ready to go.
