Just did 2ndspace's tires - we did the rear one first, sorta like two monkeys and a football. Front one went like clockwork - this thing is cool once you get the hang of it.

Still real quiet here, but we did watch two monkeys named Spanky try to change a tire.

This is the first one we did and we learned quickly what not to do.

The tire balancer rocks - found some jack stands made out of aluminum that said Marc Parnes all over them at the auto parts place - they rock, the stand fits the bearing holders perfectly - shit works. Hi Stevearoni

So how was Poes?

I went here for breakfast:

There were probably 75 bikes or so, more than I've seen during the warm weather months. I was surprised to see so many.

This was probably the most interesting:

and I thought that this was cool too:

Plus there was the usual assortment of Harleys, Beemers, sportbikes, and ST1100/1300s.

And DAMN it was cold this morning (I left at 6 AM) ... frost on the seat etc.

The weather has been so good this winter , so far.
The "K" needed a spline lube + Level 1 service.
Took it for a 25 "test ride" this afternoon.
250 miles since 1/1/05.
Life is good on the "Red Neck Riviera" of south Jersey.

Chillier than expected here too, but I got all electric'ed up and was fine. It was good time - hot coffee and plenty of BS. Decent turnout for January. Met some new guys from Hampton. Several of the regulars showed up and we took a little spin afterwards.

Pep Boys, they are light and the base comes off. Two of them fit in a small box.
