A little more indepth info from the great arsewipe himself, LOZ:

hi,April next year we are going to have a ride in Portugal and everybody is welcome
it's going to be 1600km over 9 days mostly off road

the aim of this ride is to enjoy the beautiful countryside of Portugal and to meet other ADV riders

the wipe your own arse bit means being able to look after your self

you will be given the route to put on your GPS with 7 campsites and that is it,everything else is up to you a bit like the mid summer or red ball.start when you want finish when you want, camp in a farmers field if you want please ask first, eat in restaurants or cook your own etc etc

bikes, ride what you like c90-goldwing as long as it's road leagle but if you turn up on a bag of shit and expect everyone to spend their holiday re-building your bike for you you will be in for a shock, you will be expected to have at least the basic spares/tools for your bike, tubes ect
we think that 150km/day is good if you want more just go explore if you have had enough for the day just hit the road to the camp

now this is an open invite trip, its all about having fun/meeting people/riding fantastic trails and any one who attends will be expected to behave themselves,it's NOT a race or a stunt show,if you want to ride like an idiot or be a miserable c**t you will politely be asked to fuck off

advise to the less experienced offroad riders, please come but dont turn up never having been offroad before, yes you will get plenty of help and advise but this is not a offroad school it's a holiday so youve got 4 months to get some practice in riding with your CAMPING GEAR on the bike

by all means use the thread to arrange travel etc with others who are attending but
please don't shower us with pm's about what tyre pressure/chain lube and all that other crap,if you dont know stuff like that you best stay at home

if you bring a 690, you will be asked to wear a pink ribbon in your hair

I would love to join to whipe your own arse, but I am afraid the timing is bad for me. To be checked.

And if Roos is telling she likes Portugal more than Marocco, then my list is growing......

the only reason I'll be present is you kidnapping me,

I already booked a 2day (work)event and 3 days of relaxing with some friends and I can't take a whole week off from work.

Have fun whiping your arses!

Begging letter..

It's about time I pulled my finger out and worked out how to get there..
So if anyone planning on getting the ferry from Portsmouth with a van/trailer has enough spare room for a little one please let me know!

Cheers!

Phil
