I'm open to anything, but according to the girl I spoke with at Mt Magazine visitor center there probably wont be any problems camping in the overflow.
It would be nice though if we could camp near water. Cove lake or Blue mountain? I don't know that area at all.

I've camped there before. It would be my pref spot, minus the mosquitoes.

So, Mouth, I'm guessing you're gonna miss the dual sport ride and just be there for the ?

I'm pretty sure I'm gonna come up there, if only to camp on Saturday night, just so I can see all you guys. I don't think I'm gonna be off work on Friday, we've got too many guys on vacation this week.

well I cant leave until Sat morning, so Id be late or holding up the guys on the day ride right?

honestly in this sort of heat... Id rather sit in the shade than ride under 40 mph.

IM not opposed, nor afraid of some trails, just not sure when Ill get there, and since i have NEVER been there before, I have no idea where to go.

I'm pretty much in the same boat as you. I did ride over the mountain once, last year. I didn't see the campsites.

If I get to go I think it would be a must to stop by and check out the waterfall and bewbies near flygap. I think we can get the pigs down in there...

Yeah if you aren't looking you'll fly right by the campground. Its a pretty small camping area. Seems like its right near the overlook.

Negative, I've always just hopped off on the trail on the east side of 23 that's directly across the highway from fly gap road. It will take you right to it. I've came out a bunch of different ways after going to the waterfall but never really paid attention on that end.
