multi-episodes; it's got everything: love, lust, revenge, action, intrigue, and a Mother Superior who makes me weak in the knees. and for Cynthia Nixon fans its a reel (sic) treat.

not a big fan of the middle ages era, but i was hooked after the first ten minutes.

I tried to watch that on 2 seperate occasions but the Panasonic Plasma and ROKU lock up and shut the TV down.
It only happens with this movie. I get the power LED flashing 12 times.......WTF I end up unplugging the TV to reset......

I either use my Sony laptop hooked to the tv with an HDMI or my PS3 for Netflix.
No issue with either one on this film.

But there are many that will lock up in the middle of the movie.

Maybe already mentioned, but my wife and I watched Machine Gun Preacher on Saturday. It's an extremely powerful and moving film that tells the true story of a "tough guy biker" who makes it his life's mission to rescue children in Sudan from rebel war kidnappers. I bawled like a little bitch for like half of the movie. 4.5 stars...

Last Weekend I watched Snatch and loved it. I think I remember when it came out people dissed it and acted like Richie only got it released because of his relationship with Madonna.

I loved it. I loved it so much I watched it twice. It was similar to "2 Smoking Barrels" but much more refined.

This weekend I took a chance on Revolver.

The first half was promising then it fell apart. I was absolutely insulted by the end. It was the single most pretentious piece of crap movie I have ever suffered through. The climax of the movie is Jason Statham alone in an elevator screaming the same thing over and over for literally 5 minutes. After that the director feels that you are not worthy of his story so he reveals a plot twist Hellen Keller could see coming from beyond the grave then dissolves the story completely and just repeats other parts from the first half.

On top of that it stars Big Pussy and Andre 3000.

I can't believe they gave Richie the Sherlock Holmes movies after that. I wouldn't let him videotape my step-daughter's wedding.

Snatch was still great though.

Is not on Netflix but I bet you will like The Boondock Saints
