Mine goes into production 13th week of this year as well. I was told I should expect my bike sometime in April.

Typically, hot new items for sale in stores in the U.S. are MSRP. Depending on your bargaining skills, you can talk any person or store down from MSRP. The majority of folks buying this bike will be paying MSRP since it's very, very new and you likely won't get a discount.

MSRP = Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price.

That's a bit of a broad statement ;>

If demand is such that a given dealer can be reasonably sure he can sell all of his initial allotment at "full pop", he'd only be giving money away needlessly by discounting one of these initial bikes.

A dealer in that position would need a compelling motivator that offers something of equal value to the discount, or perhaps be confronted with a massive set of tits, to budge from MSRP.

No duh, that's why I followed the statement with "The majority of folks buying this bike will be paying MSRP since it's very, very new and you likely won't get a discount." Maybe I should have clarified majority as 99.9% (the .1% being Kate Upton)
You are stating what was already implied...

but more about the latest recall..

I gave the German dealer a call last evening and he stated the recall as follow :

the connection between the front brakelines and the forkbridge need to be re-attached.
No LC was allowed to be driven untill this new connection was installed. The ones who got their bike already delivered were contacted by phone, and a dealer pick up van was sent over to collect those bikes as well.

better safe than sorry

"Motorrad" just compared the 2012 with the 2013. 2013 is better is almost every way, brakes seem to be a bit better on the 2012.
2013 more power above 6000 rpm.

Fix your link.

EDIT: FIXED your link: http://www.quellidellelica.com/vbfor...d.php?t=382071

EDIT #2: I didn't know Google makes so bad Italian (a rather simple language) translations... (Bing does a better job, just tested)
