Can any of you lucky guys who have taken delivery fill us in on what the control wheel on the left grip does. Does it just control the gps and not the on board computer as well. If so, what functions of the gps does it control. Thanks your your input.

Congratulations to all who have taken delivery of their new 1200GS LC. I want to know how it is progressing with the software update and therefore I would like to know whether you when receiving your new 1200GS LC at the dealer also was given coding plug for controlling the various mode settings. The code plug provides access to Enduro Pro setting and memory function.

Did you get the code plug with your 1200GS LC?

The lit that I have states that it operates the Nav functions-zoom(in&out)-repeat voice prompts-volume and move through main pages and menus....the same multi controller on the 1600GT allows access to all systems on monitor..you woulld think it would be similar on GS...any of you happy new owners have the answer
