Could swear I saw that bike for sale in the Austin TX area about a year ago.

I agree! Why? I was waiting for the engine to come apart. Thinking that you are a bike knowledgeable guy, and that you know doing that could cause serious damage or complete failure of the engine (coneecting rod through the block etc). Was it just to make your exhaust glow?? really?

Is that some sort of custom bracket to mount the cluster? JMHO but you'd be a lot better off using an RS cluster mount. Will bolt right up to the upper fork tree and has a backplate.

Thanks Madisonreid

For keeping this thread alive. After going thru this thread and reading what I can on the K75 I am actively looking for one. I have not decided on whether it will be a C, RT, S or stock, ABS or not. The research is fun for me as I have the links and have been gaining knowledge which I credit to this thread. I just love the classic lines of this bike and someone here put it perfectly for me. It went something like this... 'After X amount of miles I can still have a cup of coffee and enjoy looking at the beauty of this bike'. I feel the same way about my 01 Bonnie. Not so much on my 05 Tiger.
Congrats on your bike .... it's beautiful. Keep em coming.

Cheers

Madisonreid, Thinking your last post was just 2 pics. They show up as to small squares with an inner circle with a diagonal line through them (as in "not available" or "no access".

I've actually seen this on about half of the pics in this thread. Wondering if I have an issue with my computer, maybe need to download something to be able to see those pics? Or, are the links to those pics dead for some reason.

BTW, I also truly appreciate this thread. Lots of great ideas for my new K75 build.

Pics are coming up now. I exited the page, then re-entered when I saw you had replied. Temporary computer brain fart I guess.
