I think the story on this beautiful K is Larry built it for his Church Pastor. I don't see my Rabbi cruising on or in anything nearly as cool as this. But I like him alot because he plays the Greatful Dead, Zepplin and Pink Floyd on a guitar during silent prayer ( softly of course). Very nice motorcycle.

The K1100 brakes and forks are definitely worth it. You'll be very pleased with that setup.

Sounds like a great idea to me.

Just make sure to have it well-insured. (Not that I'd crash it though.)

I offer "chicken strip removal" as a free service.

I thought you'd like that idea. Most likely, I will fly down and drive back. Take three or four days I think.

Sweet looking bike before it started, curious to see how this one turns out. Those forks are great, so envious.

Rebuilders like Specialks.net (Larry) and Duck (Drake) are just two of a handful that work on these Ks with such extraordinary attention to detail and care. Having owned one before, I have a great appreciation for the bike and the commitment of those who take on it's challenges. I'm grateful I'll have another oppurtunity to own a K75.
