Where do you ride your "dirt bike" at? Is it sit down type of riding through forest roads? Or any single track stuff?

Riding in the mountains is a bit more difficult than riding here. Around here everything is pretty flat, so most people can actually ride around without killing themselves.

I rode there at a friends farm, actually he is in Monterey, VA. And I thought it was pretty hard, everything was always going up in huge inclines, and it is impossible to ride it when its snowy, or muddy.

What I like about here is that you can ride it during every condition. Just be careful with frozen mud puddles.

Another great thing about riding here is that there are no rocks like some of the state forest places. It is pretty much perfect soil.

So lets ride the field this weekend.

Riding in the mountains kicks ass over riding the flatlands for several key reasons.

- Not flat means hill climbs!
- more and bigger areas to ride
- even if you get stuck on dirt/paved roads for a while, at least there's scenery.

We are chomping at the bit around here. One of my buddies just bought an 03 WR250F over the weekend and the emails are flying. Next decent weekend we're hitting it for sure. (Decent = above freezing for the bulk of the day and not snowing/raining)

Also I sure would like to ride to Seneca rocks, but see definition of 'decent' above, it applies to that too.

Do I need to start posting over on WUSSrider.com?
