Ooookay... now I officially have received somw Mooooola from Rust and some of the AriZONEa boys!

Am forwarding this to Al for his disposal. We got in touch with KLIM and they have opened a door for his acceptance as an ambassador of their wares... LOL can you believe that! WOW.

Anyway after laughing at this to relieve last nights beer in my head pressures, I can say i'm proud of him for moving forward in the direction of his dream...
Saw him yesterday moring for a couple hours and he looked gooood! Like he was ready for a new ADVENTURE!!!
Looks like he's flying out to Rust's place soon and then heading to San Diego for a spell.

Thanx to all for your contributions and keep 'em coming if ya feel moved... that new gear ain't cheap!
As of today we've recieved $450- to put toward his stuff.

Peace to all,
Jim

Thanks again, guys. This all couldn't have happened at a better time. I'll by buying a plane ticket tonight and I gotta admit, I was a little nervous with the funding situation. To be honest, I'm incredibly nervous and anxious either way. Every time I leave home it happens. I don't know why. You'd think I'd be used to it by now.

The KLIM Sponsorship came out of nowhere. That's awesome. As Jim mentioned, he stopped up here a few days ago to show me some of his KLIM gear, and I've gotta admit, I'm impressed. Compared to the jacket I've been cruising around in, the KLIM gear is a suit of armor. I just wish they had some mesh gear out on the market.

The KLIM jackets have various vents and are used in Dakar Rally et al, and a wide range of temperatures. You shouldn't be too concerned it not being mesh.

Any idea which models, specifically? I'm can't get a good read just looking at the pics in the catalog.

I threw a couple of bucks your way. Hope to see some ride reports. Been following you for awhile now and I really enjoy your writing style. I'm in Phoenix too so if you need anything let me know.

Specifically the Adventure Rally line. But going down from there, anything that has the ventilation and there are several that have hydration packs built into the jackets and pockets for alot of stuff.
