You should have stopped in. Some didn't show until after 12:30. I was with the last few to leave the parking lot...around 3:00.

I counted 44 motorcycles in the parking lot. One late show on his GS(see below) and dentvet, without his bike but he had his two daughters(?) with him.

Who is the inmate that lives in Flint Hill? I met him(twice) wound up following him into Front Royal and still can't remember his name...

His name is JJ. He hasn't logged on in a while and is trying to figure out what his screen name is.

I guilt tripped him into showing up today so he could meet you FF's and I intend to do the same for the rest of the get togethers.

A tad foggy, never did clear out...but at least it was warm enough to be able to chat outside so...good seeing all the folks, I don't get out to these things nearly enough..

Wow--that was really neat. Although I realize it's really just an excuse to ride . . .

It was super-cool to see so many folks show up--some I've ridden with, some are new to the asylum, and great to see you all. 44 bikes in the lot, plus I heard one came in two up, plus DentVet+2, and Mike and Mary. That's 50! Holy Moses . . . . .

I was standing out front smoking with another inmate when u rolled by. I noticed your bike from the recent tag-to-eat pics. The weather was nice just west of Linden

the orange CB looked really cool rolling by on 55 on the way there.

it wouldn't have been too bad, but my dads' w650 flyscreen is tall enough to block the wind, but not tall enough to block the fog.. was riding blind from Marshall to Hume! hahahaaa.

cool deal. i will for sure have to make the next one!

Thanks Porcupine for putting this together. Was nice to see so many faces I haven't seen in a while, I wish there had been more time time to talk to everybody....... Oh well that's what Laurel Fork is for.

VAC, I really hate that you got out of there before I had a chance to see you man.

Dan, the campfire won't be the same without you. Best wishes to you and Sweetbird in your next chapter together.

Sorry I couldn't get out there to help see you off, Dan. But it doesn't look like the place was short any riders - you even brought Rocketman out of hiding!

The NoVA area is losing a great ambassador for motorcycling. Enjoy your new surroundings (and how much better the bicycling will be out there).

Yeah, that's right!
I talked to him briefly at the (one)light in Linden, after a cage pulled out in front of him back in (downtown)linden. Nothing too serious, more of an annoyance.
After I said something like, "they just pull out whenever they want". I asked him where he was headed..as I had been following him since the outskirts of Marshall. He said, "Flint Hill". Then I asked where he lived. He said, " Flint Hill".

I never knew there was an inmate in Flint Hill.

Borrowed my friend's CB450 cafe bike for the trip as all my bikes are outta commission. Thanks Beard for warming her up for me. Riding out 55 felt like The Hooligan and The Gentleman (CB vs BMW)

Great turnout. With all the other photogs, I just enjoyed myself

We were going to ride 55 back but Dan mentioned taking Waterfall instead. So we did. Always a beautiful ride.
