Something occurred to me last night as I was working on my Happy Trails rack on my 01 Tiger. Why are the boxes on most installs tilted forward so much? Mine were too until I put on my top box and I couldn't open one of the lids. I had to lower the back of the boxes to provide enough clearance. Made me wonder why it seems to be the normal way to mount.

This is the before picture:

Can you make side cases large enough to hold a full Helmet?

Hi Istvan!

Your panniers look great!

A few questions:
Are they aluminum sides and fibreglass top and bottom? Do they include the locks? What is the thickness of the aluminum you are using?

How much is the cost for a pair of panniers, a pair of clamps, and shipping to Athens, Greece?

Keep up the good work!

Kostas

Incredible. If my wife (the boss) would let me, the money would be on the way for a set of these panniers.
They look incredible and would look even better on my 1200GSA

keep up the great work.
