I too have a V-Strom 1000 and I need a top box. Do you have a picture of what your top box looks like on your bike??

I do not know anything about plastic injection molding! Can you explain this more?

Is the plastic heated to a liquid or is it a powder?
Is it injected under pressure or pulled through with a vacuum (suction)?
What kind of plastic and where do you get it?

I love to make things myself, but I have never tried making something this complicated, or tried making plastic parts by molding them.

All plastic parts i have ever made I machined from DELRIN or PVC bar stock.

Question, what language is your website written in? I just realized i can read about 20-30% of it... Almost like a mixture of Portuguese and Italian.

The plastic is injected heated under pressure.I use ABS plastic
The language is roumanian on the website
but u have translator on the web on the right side bottom

I haven't forgotten about you - I have been waiting for a friend of mine to send me the measurements of his BMW R1200GSA top box. I think I'd like you to make me one that is a little less tall - around 300 mm rather than 340, but the same Length and Width.

As soon as he (finally) gets back to me I'll let you know.

(If anyone else out there has a BMW top box and can send me the measurements I'd really appreciate it, then I can order it from Istvan...)
