Pissed N GA Speed Triple stolen

This is my brother-in-law's bike- stolen during the day from his porch on Crane Mill Rd in Habersham County.

'08 Triumph Speed Triple, Night Rider Edition, black on black, shorty Werks pipe.

He only had liability insurance on it... Any help much appreciated!
Pete

Ill keep my eyes open in the White Co. area. Any other distinguishing marks that would set it apart from another speed trip?

Shouldn't be hard to spot. If I see it, I'll notify the authorities.

That reminds me, I need some new cable for the security cameras.
It's amazing the stuff that goes on around your house while at work. A good DVR and cameras cost $700. Well worth it.
I tell my brother to lock his stuff up all the time. Hate to hear about crap like that.
Pics would be good. Check out the tag pic too!

Buddy of mine just installed that type of system. He can even watch it live with an app on his phone while away from the house.

It's identical to this one, except it has a shortie pipe.

Loud Pipe Saves Bike!

Well, a happy ending and a funny story.
Cops in Bethlehem, GA were called to a 'disturbance of the Peace' in a neighborhood. When the cops arrived, African American dood was just sitting on the bike in his driveway revving it up, listening to the shorty pipe... Trying to get up his nerve to ride it, I guess?

No licence, stolen bike, two bags of meth under the seat, disturbing the peace. My brother-in-law got his bike back, with only damage to side plastics from being hauled on its side in a pickup truck. He says he is going to add comprehensive insurance now

Glad he got the bike back.

intent to distribute, possession, disturbing the peace; not sure of the bike charges... I'll update as it unfolds

Did they cut the ignition, or was the key in it?

Key out, on his front porch, handlebars locked.
Evidently a bunch of guys just picked it up sideways and tossed it in the back of a truck. They drilled out the handlebar lock and just punched out the ignition. They had a mess of duct tape and zipties holding a bolt into the ignition that had to be squeezed tight for the bike to run.
