Off-Topic -> When in the shipyard many moons ago, with the crew living on a berthing barge, an inexperienced cook was charged with lighting the charcoal grills for a steak supper. He couldn't find the lighter fluid so used diesel fuel instead. That didn't turn out well.

is that the bike that burnt on the 2010 daker on (i think day 8 or 9),cos i went past it while it was still burning ,i felt so bad for the guy i couldn't even look..

The bike was brought in on a temporary import, so you have to bring it out again (otherwise there are huge import fees to pay, presumably*), and it still had a chassis number... well, somewhere...
Jx *based on it's value at import (you have to declare it), rather than it's value now... which is pretty much zero of course... |

Brent luckily only lost his dirt girlfriends in a house fire .. this 660, that a few of us had our eye on and a 950 he raced in the North Nevada Rally... Such a sad sight Brent..
