PS, if I ever meet you, I'll buy the beer.

JJ, if we ever meet, you can buy the beer. That what marketing guys are for...to say yes!
Ok, ok, so you expect an answer?
Of course all this assumes we still have an unbridled and extravagant advertising budget for such things!

YES!

JJ
Sure I'll buy lonestar beer, what's it, like $5 a case for it now?

Added my order, may be a total scam but It's much more affordable than the Nigerian offer to get me laid more if I send them ten grand for a little plastic rubber band that says "tiger stud" and the wonderfully crafted baclground techinical mumbo jumbo story clearly took more effort to imagine up than just dipping the wrist band in a mystical tiger's pee.

Wow! Hey JJ, have you looked into a cross-marketing agreement with that company?

Cross marketing agreement?

Hell I'd just hand them the keys and stand back and watch and learn…

There was no change on my bike except for my fuel mileage getting worse

" IICE Air Pre-Order Sale - 3 Pieces Remaining!"

Does that mean my 2 units are on the way?

I just read through this entire thread and I have Zero, Zippo, Zilcha clue what is being sold here.

I am totally confused. I must be completely missing something because this thread appears to contain no information at all concerning WHAT product is being sold.

All I got from the thread was "They are plug-in performance mods for ALL fuel injected BMW bikes!" and a whole lot of self promotion from the person who created these mods (clearly qualified to do so I think) plus a bunch of testimonials from people I've never heard of before, nor whose opinions I care about (sorry y'all but I don't trust anyones opinion on products for my bikes but my own).

But what are they? How do they work? What is required from the user for install? What kind of long term testing has been done to ensure that engine damage doesn't occur? What do the dynos look like on various model bikes after install and under different settings? What performance improvements are guaranteed as "minimum" improvements? Will this void my BMW warranty and is it an approved aftermarket mod by BMW? Where is the normal product spec stuff that someone who values their bikes would want to see before making any kind of purchase? I'm looking for QA/QC, product testing results, and comparisons to stock.

Hey there Flashback. Thanks for your interest, sorry you had to drag yourself all the way through the Vendors thread. The first post in this thread has a great many links that I'm pretty sure would answer your questions.

Also at the top of the first post of this thread, there's a link to the big technical thread in GSspot.

I have to admit I was impressed with the quality of the piece, Poolside. I have bought "garage" parts before and this one is definitely executed by someone who knows what the hell they are doing....
