I'd like to get a refund from my order(s) back to my PayPal account.

I certainly appreciate what you all are doing and the feedback from other folks on the forum on how it performs. That what persuaded me to place my first order and pay you back on June 24th.
I wanted to order 2 but at the time there was only 1 left to order that had been made and was told the other could be ordered in the next batch, but would not be made until you had all pre-sold.

Well, for some reason the first one has never been shipped and not sure when the second one would be shipped out, or how that whole batch is moving along. (Maybe the answer is somewhere here in this thread?)

Maybe if I had only paid a deposit until they were shipped I might have felt different, who knows. I have no desire to bash your business model, or to get in a debate with other inmates on the forum - I'd rather ride than type. Just for me, I need to move on......

Wish you guys luck with your endeavors. I certainly know how tough it is to run a small business and I'll continue to support all the independent guys trying to make cool stuff for our different rides (got Lennie's sprockets sitting on the bench ready to install soon, and probably throw on a Booster Plug when I have it down). Lots of good ideas out there. Well, except for those "Accessory Speakers for the GS", shown in lovely lime green. Think I'll pass on those.

I had sent money for one on June 24th and the other was paid for on July 6th. If you need my PayPal info again, let me know and I'll sent it in a PM.

Yes that's obvious. Sorry to test your patience Ruppert. And thanks for the well wishes.

Regarding your questions, as you know this is a spare time project and there's no set schedule. It appears you've looked through your invoices and refreshed your awareness of the simple pre-order agreement.

Right now I have a break between jobs and have been at the work bench quite a bit. Work on the last two batches started a few days ago.

A batch is shipping out tomorrow, and I think you are in that group. Are you M.R., TN? (I can't say for sure because I'm at the bench right now and the spreadsheet order data is on my office PC.) If so, you'll be receiving both of your orders at the same time. Both will ship with the earlier batch, and you get a shipping refund for combined shipping.

Ok...I am imploring, cajoling, pleading, asking and, yes, even begging [for the 342nd time]...when, even a year, will the Cool and Smooth be available for sale? I know you guys have proto-types in use for testing and we get teases as to their elixir like attributes..but 'nada' as hints as to when we can buy them. Please do tell.

And yes, I will survive without either one....but only barely!
