Thanks...3 business days from AK to Florida. Have not put too many miles on the pad (we had rain in the forecast), but the 100 or so miles I have done seem promising.

FYI- My son thinks it is cool looking and wants one for his JR 50

Not all patients respond to surgery the same way. I will ship it back the day after I receive it, if it survives. Put a note in the box so I know what to do(include your name, address, phone number). Ship postal priority, it's the cheapest way. So, yes, you should have it for Daytona. Thanks, Barb

Thanks Barb the skin for my Ulysses fits great, I'm sure it will be a butt saver on the trip to death valley next week.

Surgery on the sheepskins??

Sure wish I'd known about that last year when my dumb mutt confused my buttpad for one of his plush stuffed toys . Oh well..considering the number of pieces I found it in, I'm sure it was beyond surgery anyway

Been on the search for a comfortable GS seat ever since the debacle fast run from Poison Creek to Anacortes I made year before last and wondered afterward if I'd ever walk (let alone sit) straight again. Went from that standard (ow, ow, ow..) seat to the BMW "low comfort" (ow! OW! F*#&ing OW! -Now I get the name!) seat to the same iron maiden with an Airhawk (much better but still not perfect). Just ordered a "dualsport" and am really looking forward to having something comfortable to sit upon so I could actually cruise on the cruiser and enjoy it for more than an hour or two-

-and walk straight afterwards...

You can always put it on top of the airhawk for more cush. Barb

These are some new pelts I picked up in New Zealand in November, they are natural black sheep. Pretty cool stuff-they don't fade or rub off. Every pelt is different, from very dark brown (on the hoof it looks black) to grizzley bear color, some are mottled. The fleece is unshorn and a bit rougher than the standard buttpad sheepskin. Talking Seat Pad for R1200GS

I received an Azzpad for my R1200GS from Barb last week; I got one with the nose strap and happy to report it fits me and the bike perfect. If you get the nose strap you will likely think the front strap is too small, it is not, work with it, pull on it and you will be amazed as I was.

I have the black seat and went with the black pad, you really can't notice it from a distance.
I am a very happy camper.

Rodney

Thought I'd seen this! So, I'm not [particularly] dumb! Hey, Barb- my [1150GS] sheep's got no nose! (How does he smell - ?) Can I get a strap?

I don't believe I put 'deadfish' on the order, although both would smell terrible-

It should have a nose strap if you ordered the right size. Or do you have it on backwards? The arrow goes to the front. Call me tomorrow and we'll get you figured out. Toll free 877-562-2324. Thanks, Barb
