I can answer to this question: YES! For long rides it's a great great help. It reduces vibrations, and decreases rubbing of your ass with the seat!
Since i have it, i am happy of it and use it every long ride!

The insoles also keep the bottom of your feet warm in colder weather. You won't have to wear heavy socks when the colder temps hit. We will start a promotion next week with the launch of our new website-free insoles with every purchase. If you do an order before then, just mention your shoe size in the special instructions box and I'll toss a pair in. Thanks, Barb

Hi Barb.
Getting ready to place my order for a '05 Triumph Tiger 955. From the application guide it looks like a pillion type 1 for driver and pillion type 3 for passenger. Those are sheared pads right? Also, for the insoles is that something I could trim if needed? In-between sizes, so thought it might be better to go bigger.

Thanks!
John

Sizes are correct. Be sure to click on sheared on the left side of website. Just put your shoe size, we can handle it from there. Thanks! Barb

Report from Thailand!

I wanted to pop in a couple years after my purchase and say how fantastic Alaska Leather's seat cover has been for me. I purchased a full dual sport cover originally for my Honda NX250 in the US. When I sold the bike and moved to Thailand I tossed the seat cover in my bag just in case.

I had a Lifan 110 semi-auto scooter and now a Spacey-i 110 auto and in both cases, by putting the cover on backwards, I was able to make it fit snugly. (I'm pretty sure it would work on a Wave as well, the most popular scooter here.)

Every single person who has seen the big fluffy seat cover on the teeny tiny scooter has first laughed... then wanted to borrow it after about 100km. :)

So, thanks again for a great product!

Awesome, thanks so much. We ship to Thailand if you ever need a new one. Barb

Barb,

Cool looking products! Interested in making a web order and not entirely clear on available discounts for this upcoming holiday weekend?? Are discounts applied once in a shopping cart or do web prices reflect current discounted prices?

Is the colour in the black dyed skins stable? I'm not keen on having my clothes all tinged in black. I am from BC this thing is gonna see a bunch of rain.

Thanks,

Pawlie

There is free shipping from now until December 31st. Then a one day promo on Monday for 20% off all online orders, Code is "cybersheep" no quotation marks when you put it in the box. The 10-50% is walk in Friday and Saturday sale. Black dye is stable but if you ride in the rain for a week in light colored pants, you will get a dark bum. It's like levi's on tan leather car seats. Thanks, Barb

Hi Barb, quick question. How compressible are the 1" thick sheepskin insoles?

My Aerostich boots are plenty roomy but some of my other shoes may not be.

I was thinking of ordering up a few pairs and some other goodies like the helmet hangers. Is there a discount for the insoles for today as well?
