Ditto!
Thank Paul for being there to help out any FFs in need.
The extra gallons really help our group move on to
Furnace Creek instead of turn around up Mengal Pass.

Three 7oz cans of roasted chipoltes in adobo sauce its a small can with a pull top

1 large bunch of Cilantro stems and all

20 pieces of raw whole garlic,(trust me you need it to round it out)

two big limes cut in half to get juice.... Juice in a bowl put in food pro....

two good three finger pinches of kosher salt or sea salt.... do not use table salt it sucks

one medium onion peeled and quartered

Stuff all that in the food pro...... put lid on turn on hi

let it work and start to blend and roll on itself you will see what i mean get it smooth it will be blended well with pin head flecks of cilantro love.....

when that happens........ slowly add the emulsifer....a good extra virgin first press olive oil about a 1/4 cup niiiiice and slow a stream about the size if a toothpick it will get to a creamy orange....

turn off, pour into a bowl or a rinsed out squirt top ketchup bottle

then open a good I.P.A. you are gonna fuckin' need it.....

and eat it with chips, meat, eggs, whatever..........

it will keep in a fridge for two weeks you could freeze some....

be careful it will creep on ya man'ana
Thanks for revealing the recipe ! that was amazing !

Laugh

I guess I posted a few too many photos and exceeded the bandwidth for my photobucket account (and yes, I have heard of sumgmug...)

I've moved my RR to here: http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=673718

The bandwidth will reset in a few days...

I had a great time at this event and I want to give thanks to everyone who made it happen, from Joel who put it together, to all the volunteers who helped out, and to all of the riders who came to share in the fun. Thanks to everyone!

I am glad that I was able to get a picture of DirtDiver. He saved the day for me. DirtDiver had a spare clutch handle after I broke mine it in a slow speed tipover. My left butt cheek is still purple (no I am not posting pics).

Ron, whenever we are together I'll buy you a beer.

Bob, thanks to you and Dain for coming along on that ride. Without you to anchor us, I would have had a hard time keeping up with those guys. I'd ride with you anytime.

He is heading to AZ for the overland expo. I was able to put him in touch with Adventure Vehicle Outfitters while he is there.
I think he is hooking up with the Aussie chick for the ride to AZ.

She is going to wreck him...
