Must make it interesting at Scrutineerining.
My Husky ('07 TE450) says MV Augusta and was originally titled a Cagiva.

Made it interesting at the RMV.

The new husqvarna has a cradle frame, I thought? and a six speed gearbox, and while the countershaft sprocket is still concentric, there are now two pivot spindles, making sprocket changes a not-removing-the-swingarm affair.
The alternator cover is bigger on the husky...I think the oil capacity is up but only slightly.
I dont know if the subframes are any different, and if the Dursmaa tank would still work as a bolt on.

Dying to know more.

I hope someone can convince Bert to tackle the Husky.

Bert funded the design work Jos from Behego.com did for the G450X... Jos did the same for Aprilia RXV and European Honda's from Henk Hellegers...

Earlier this year Jos was rumored to be asked to do some work on the Husky, have not heard anything since though...

These are the RXV ones, 15.000 euros worth of machine time...

And the first one from the mould, sent to Italy to attend the Pharaos Rally 2010;

Demo fit;

A few little updates since, to facilitate multiple shock absorbers, some have the reservoir 'lengthwise' or 'sideways'.

The DC bikes seem to be just the re-decaled BMWs from what I can tell and I am no expert by any means.
I have seen no naked photos to be able to tell more but the frame sure is a bmw thingy.
I want to see a real husq though, it is becoming a little Jingcheng hehe

I hope they are developing it.

so on speedbrain site they said this

"The team will race as the official Husqvarna factory team with their TE 449 RR, derived from the race bike developed around the BMW G 450 X and the engine of the Husqvarna Enduro TE 449, meaning the experience and development from past events and the Dakar 2011 will be continued with a successful setup."

now time for disection
