Who is still "recovering" from this ride? What is the equivalent of this ride up in the Phoenix area?

That was an awesome ride. Any more technical than that begins to be work.
Charouleau with the bonus loop is just right. If you want to get a real work out, go with NS's on his exploration rides.

I did that on my KLR... though I did use some of the bypasses of the rough stuff
