Really interested in these.. I've a Leo X3 on my 610 I've had good luck with (other than snapping my carbon exhaust hanger.. but that was my fault for running a terraflex)

Haven't been able to find a source for them.. leovinceusa's website is a joke

Helios: those look great! Is that a pattern printed on metal or are they actually CF?
What are the safety wires going to your plate?

No they are the real deal, Carbon fiber and Titanium. In fact, even the headers are titanium... trying to graft titanium and stainless is not easy..
I had Akrapovic make me some DB killers for em too and they are also titanuim. The reason for the lanyards...I did not have the hart to punch holes in the titanium exhaust ports to attach the DB killers, they press in very tight but I did not want to lose one on the trail so made safety lanyards for insurance.. They cost me 150.00 just for the DB killers and month or so to have em made and shipped from Italy.. But it was all worth it, they sound like a dream and all custom!! And being Carbon/Titan they weigh almost nothing! Heck they don’t even think of getting hot, I'm very happy with em!

One more thing, I really like the shape of the exhaust, they really look like they belong or were designed for this bike, and with the DB's out they sound fabulous... but I don’t want to get the fuzz upset... so I run the inserts. Even with the inserts it is a real deep rumble.. You even feel it in your chest at idle.. Huge improvement over stock! A friend (who is a huge Moto GP nut) said it sounds just like a 1000cc Ducati..

Are the cans something Akro offers (model no?) or were the entire things custom made for you?

They look awesome!

They are off of a 06-07 ZX10 Ninja! same cc and same inlet header dia. so they work like magic for this bike.. the only snafu is they are bolt on... so you have to convert to a slip then make adapters to go from KTM bolt on to slip on..
I bought header pipes and cut them to about 3" and then found the correct ID stainless tubing (tubing was $60.00 for 11" specal NASA stuff.. really!) and cut off the ends of the stock exhaust to make adapters... lost yet? it was a PITA! but i feel it was worth it! rock solid mounting and unique to this bike!

So I gotta say, the only reason I used these cans was I got em cheap off of e-bay.. it was a gamble but I feel it payed off, plus I love Fab work..

Inserts I used to keep back pressure and spark arrestor screens.. Screens went between the adapters and cans, so if you look inside the cans you can see the screens way down inside..

Ok one more end shot.. Keep in mind that this uses all stock gaskets and bolts off of each bike, after the adapters are made its all cake..
