Can't believe it but I messed up my 'stich today
Well today my zipper busted on the pocket on my leg. I couldn't believe it but it is definitely messed up and will have to be replaced. I'm leaving on a trip in less than two weeks and was wondering what turn around time anyone has experienced for repairs? I am thinking about asking if they can also install their new waterproof zippers on the two longer zippers.

i haven't had an oppertunity to try this repair srevice, but my hunch is that they will give quick turn around service http://www.rainypass.com/ if it were me, i'd call on sunday( you could get lucky) other wise monday morning. good luck two weeks should be plenty of time to get this done- you might call stich and tell 'em - this might be one hellva test of their coustmer service- but they might ok the repairs to be done by rainy pass..wouldn't THAT be sweet?

Thanks guys. It isn't the zipper pull it is the actually zipper that is split. I'll make a couple of calls and go from there. Thanks.
